§1 Reservation, Deposit, Room Handover

Valid credit card details are required to confirm a reservation. Alternatively, a deposit of €30 per person will be accepted. Please use the link provided on our confirmations page. The link is SSL-secure.

Payment (minus deposit) for all of your stay is due on arrival. We accept cash, EC card, VISA, Mastercard, American Express. All prices include sales tax.

A particular room cannot be guaranteed.

Rooms are available from 15.00 on day of arrival and must be vacated by 12.00 on day of departure. Please inform us in advance if you are planning to arrive after 20.00.

If rooms have not been vacated by 12.00 on the day of departure we reserve the right to impose a surcharge amounting to 50 percent of the daily room rate. If the room is vacated after 18.00 the full daily room rate will be charged.


§2 Cancellations

There is no charge for cancellations made more than 7 days ahead of scheduled arrival.

Cancellations made less than seven days ahead of arrival will incur a charge equal to the first night’s accommodation.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival (No Show) will incur a charge equal to 80 percent of the full booking amount.

An administration fee of €10 will be charged for the return of money payed on deposit.

In the case of a no show without prior cancellation the complete booking fee will be charged.

Group Reservations (six or more persons):

No charge for cancellations up to 20 days in advance of arrival.

Cancellations less than seven days ahead of arrival (No Show) will incur a charge equal to 80 percent of the full booking amount.

In the case of a no show without prior cancellation the complete booking fee will be charged.
