If you're arriving at Tegel Airport, take the express bus to S-Bahn ( metropolitan railway) station Beusselstraße. From there take the circle line (Ringbahn) S41 to Schönhauser Allee station. From there it's a short work to Milastraße or you can travel one stop on the M1 tram (southbound, towards the city centre).
